最近要訂房時 發現Booking.com某些飯店有出現超便宜的房價
(房源部分 目前看到大部分都是來自攜程)
特別研究了一下它的條款
1.房型/床型都由飯店端安排(有沒有早餐 看各飯店規定)
2.不可退款
3.不可提出特別要求
4.要立即刷卡付費，但是是否有訂到房須等24小時才知道
5.如果沒有訂到房，會全額退費
6.如果有訂到房，不可更改日期，不管發生甚麼事情，反正當天你沒到，費用也不會退。
點進去訂房 其實真的要自己看清楚
很多提醒 都是要自己點出來看
不過 因為這種訂房資訊完全不透明
所以我認真找了一下資料

Booking.Basic 不是Booking.com，而是串接到其他地方去訂房。

1.下訂後，卻在Booking.com app上查不到訂單資訊。而且有沒有訂房成功，居然要等到入住日前24-48小時才知道。
We were told, and the information on the website states, that the only conditions are that you could not amend or cancel the booking, you could not have any special requests and you could not see the booking in the app. We went ahead with the booking and AFTER we paid we were informed that our room may only be confirmed 24-48 hours before we arrive.
2.如果是訂Booking.basic，即使打電話去Booking.com客服，他們也無法協助訂單事宜
，因為提供房間的是第三方來源。
Booking.com told us the same thing over and over, that they cannot access the booking and that they cannot help as we shouldn't have customer service with a basic room.
3.從Booking.com下訂後，過了三週飯店才有我訂房資訊，但是訂單來源是klick.com，訂單編號也跟我的不同。
Just to let you know, my booking has been confirmed after 3 weeks of the hotel not having it and now they finally have it it is with a completely different company (klick.com) and the booking reference is completely different to mine.
4.訂房不能計算在Booking.com的genius會員中。
The booking will not count towards your genius status

也有人寫說 他的Booking.basic訂房 不到一天就收到確認
然後入住也都沒有甚麼問題
只是 網路上的評論 負面居多
要不要嘗試這種 最便宜的訂房 就看旅客自己的選擇囉
就我自己的感覺
這種Booking.basic適合『很確定自己行程 且不在意房間格局/裝潢/大小/設施』
以『房價最便宜』為主要需求的旅客 會最適合囉。
